Please mark your calendars for our annual Swim-A-Thon on Thursday, November 13th from 5-7p. Information about donations is attached. 100% of all donations go to our swimmers. For those of you that don't know how the board spends that money, last season the board put on our end of season party, provided state/finale caps and t shirts, handed out holiday gifts, paid $50 for each swimmer that attended the retreat and will be putting on our annual Halloween party on October 22nd.
Our goal is for each swimmer to raise $200. Top 3 earners in each group (Bronze/Silver, Gold, Pre Senior, and Senior) will win prizes. 1st place is valued at $250, 2nd place at $150, and 3rd at $50. *A minimum of $200 in donations must be met to be considered for a top prize.
All swimmers and coaches will celebrate together at the end with a pizza party. All participants that bring in at least one donation will be entered in a raffle to win a gift card!

It will take you directly to our Roadrunner home page.
1. Click on the Swim-a-thon (It's the gray banner at the top of the page).
2. Search for 'participant.'
3. The search will take you directly to your swimmer. Click 'view profile.'
4. Finally click 'please donate.'
5. The website only accepts credit card payments, however all forms of donation (cash and check) are accepted and can be turned in one week following the Swim-a-thon on Nov. 13th.
